1. How did you get into modeling?
I got into modeling about a year ago, when a friend asked me to model a clothing brand that he had started. I’ve always played sports and stayed pretty fit so I started posting a few workout tips on my instagram. From there I was recognized by a few agencies and I figured that I could pursue modeling.
2. What are you doing if you are not modeling?
I like modeling. It’s fun, but I’ve always been a better businessman. I love the music industry and I am part of a record label full of star tallent, called Golden Ink Ent. Aside from Golden Ink, I’m a pretty regular guy. I love to watch and play sports, travel, hang out with friends, and just enjoy life
3. The most spontaneous/difficult/strange thing you’ve ever done?
I think the most difficult thing I have ever done was getting the record label started. It’s been a long journey, but a fun one to say the least. It’s hard to make money off of what you love, but it’s worth it. We still have a long way to go, but it’s finally up and running.
I am a pretty spontaneous person, so that’s a hard question to answer, but I always like to travel at the last minute. One time, I booked a flight from LAX to Australia the night before my flight. I do that sort of stuff all the time. It’s fun.
4. What’s your life motto?
My motto would have to be… An object in motion stays in motion, so don’t ever slow down. Keep going, keep moving and don’t give up.
5. Describe your personal style – Favorite Brands/Fragrance?!
For the most part, outside of business meetings, I’m a pretty relaxed guy. I like comfortable gym attire. Also, I graduated from the University of Oregon, so I would have to say that my favorite brand is Nike.
6. What genre of music best describes you?
I think some of hip hop best describes me. I say that because not all of hip hop is the same. I would say that J.Cole or Russ best describe me.
7. Where are your roots – The best thing about/to do in your hometown?
I grew up in San Diego, California. I love the beaches there. The beach and the chill people are probably the best thing about San Diego. Unfortunately, it’s a bit of a slow, chill type of city, so it’s hard to be in the music industry there. I love LA is so much better for that reason.
8. Name one celebrity you’d like to get naughty with!
Megan Fox! Sorry MGK, don’t bring her around me.
9. Do you have any special Talents?
I would like to say that my ears are my special talent. I have a pretty good gage of what a good record is supposed to sound like. I can tell which song is for the radio and which song is more for digital platforms. It helps when it comes down to directing artists.
10. What is the most interesting thing online at the moment?
The most interesting online at the moment are all the artists that are on team Golden Ink Ent. That is without a question! Everyone needs to go check out the buzz that we are creating. Ha ha ha, I joke. To be honest, I would have to say that the NBA playoffs are interesting at the moment. I love the Lakers, but it’s still interesting to see the young talented players taking the lead.
