HOLYCHILD have dropped the video for their song ‘Power Play’ featuring RAC.  The track is taken from their recently released EP, America Oil Lamb featuring the talents of Kate Nash, RAC, Mereki, Tkay Maidza, MS MR, and Kitten. Additionally, the band will hit the road on a headline tour which sees them on both coasts starting on August 20th in Las Vegas and wrapping September 15th in Philly.  See below for the complete list of tour dates.

Of the video, Liz Nistico said, “This is the music video for Power Play, our song with RAC. I assume you’re receiving this in a press release, so why use formalities to hide the truth of this whole thing. I directed this video and wanted it to be a visual representation of my current obsession: industrial pop art on sale at the local mall. In typical Brat Pop fashion the song touches upon my fear of aging, and the lyrics felt so true that for the first few months after writing them I would cringe when I listened to the song.”
America Oil Lamb is the follow-up to the band’s breakthrough debut album, The Shape of Brat Pop to Come, which was released last June to critical acclaim. In the last year the band has clocked in tour dates with Walk the MoonPassion PitRyn Weaver, rocked the festival stages of Governor’s BallLollapalooza and Austin City Limits as well as two headline runs which saw the band sell out shows across the country.
