The Tailormade are leading the way for fresh new Indie-Pop right now and latest single ‘Crossed My Mind’ has already been getting fans on their feet.
Stepping straight off a UK tour supporting Madness and festival appearances at Lytham and BST, the trio of likely lads have been performing this number to rapturous applause and now the accompanying video has just hit the net. Fun, quirky and full of energy, The Tailormade’s radiant personalities shine through the visuals for ‘Crossed My Mind’. Becoming the fourth member of the band, viewers are taken on an exclusive insight to the antics of the three charmers during their festival run this summer. Premiered via Atwood Magazine the publication classes ‚Crossed My Mind’ as an „anthem for moving on, and its video only further proves how great life can really be.“
Exhaling their cleverly introspective lyricism with their tongue and cheek nature ’Crossed My Mind’ binds together to create a track dissecting the trails and tribulations of getting over an ex. Conflicted with emotion and stuck in limbo, the song weighs up the dilemmas of the head and heart. Venturing towards more of an indie sound the track is fuelled with slick guitar loops and mesmerising hooks. ‘Crossed My Mind’ follows a succession of successful single releases including their most recent single to date, the Caribbean inspired summer anthem ‘Rum and Red Bull’.
The former Radio 1 Breakfast Show House Band have previously smashed a number of ‘busk-offs‘ against the likes of The Vamps and James Arthur (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L90rpwpCqg4), they have also received public support from Gary Linekar, XFM’s Phil Clifton and Emma Thompson, and have supported the likes of Olly Murs, Madness, Jess Glynne, Mullally and the legendary Tom Jones. Having consistently grafted with live performances, single releases and new music, The Tailormade’s fanbase is growing at a rapid pace, meaning they’ve now even able to announce their first headline tour in the UK this Autumn
