In ancient Greece, people believed that you had to take care of 3 the most important self is the Body, Mind and Soul. What are your diaries habits to support and evolve?
My diet is nothing special, I think. I always like to eat well, eat a balanced diet in general, train at least 5 days a week and always rest as much as possible.
Do you think that people can change? Change your habits, physical appearance … what is needed?
Of course, everyone can change their habits; it is just a matter of trying, and having a good predisposition and willpower.
Who is your favorite person of all time? Why does it inspire you?
If I had to highlight someone who has inspired me in my life, I would say my mother! Who I consider my best friend and the one who supports and advises me on a daily basis.
Any cause you support? How can people help others?
I am very much in favor of adopting pets, especially dogs and cats, to stop compulsive buying, which often ends in abandonment.
Have you changed your daily habits to support the environment?
Yes, a few years ago started recycling all kinds of packaging and waste, a custom that I have implemented in my house and in my family as well.
Are you currently in a relationship? What do you value in a person?
I am currently in a 3 year relationship. For me the most important thing in a couple is trust, respect and mutual admiration.
Favorite movies, books, or music?
I’m a very cinephile, I usually go to the movies weekly, and although it sounds cliché, my favorite movies are Titanic and Moulin Rouge. I listen to a lot of music as well and very varied, I think I like almost all types of music, Beyoncé, or Luis Fonsi, they are some of my best.
What do you do to stay connected with others?
I love staying connected with others, especially via Whatsup, which is currently what we all use, I don’t usually use video calls.
How did COVID19 change you? Daily life, life perspective, priorities
Covid has changed my life a lot. Fortunately, I have been able to work this summer, although not as much as I would have liked, but as for my daily life, I have had to go back to the Canary Islands, and leave Madrid.
