INGRID ANDRESS RELEASES HER DEBUT ALBUM ‚LADY LIKE‘

The ‘Lady Like’ album underlines Ingrid’s world class talents as she co-wrote and co-produced every track. In addition to ‘Life of the Party’, the album’s other highlights include the title track, a recent Record of the Week and A-listed at Radio 2, and ‘More Hearts Than Mine’, which became the only debut from a solo female artist to hit the Top 20 of the Country Airplay Top 20 in 2019.

These recent tracks have proven Ingrid as an artist to be reckoned with in her own right, after previously earned a reputation as an in-demand co-writer for artists such as Charli XCX (‘Boys’), Bebe RexhaFLETCHER, Dove Cameron and Alicia Keys.

Earlier this month, Apple Music announced Ingrid as the first female country artist to be confirmed for their Up Next program. The monthly artist initiative geared towards identifying, showcasing and elevating rising talent has highlighted a vast roster of artists including Grammy-nominated and critically lauded talent like Billie Eilish, H.E.R., Khalid, Sigrid, Bazzi, Bad Bunny, Megan Thee Stallion and Victoria Monét.

Now based in NashvilleIngrid Andress grew up in Denver, Colorado. As a child she excelled at sports, but she also poured her heart into music that cut to an emotional core far exceeding her age. It all made for an artist who would later not only eschew expectations and tear down genre walls, but who could exceed them too.

Ingrid Andress is the kind of artist who fits perfectly in the moment but has the staying power and timelessness to last too. She has the ability to cut a deeply personal lyric: singing about her imperfections, or her taste for tequila, or how she’s loved and lost.  It all comes down to finding that connection, regardless of what it looks like. „It’s important to speak your truth, and music has always been a way where I feel like I connect with people,“ she says. „Now more than ever, we need people to start saying something real.“
